One of the main goals of the AiNed program developed by the NL AIC is to strengthen the position of SMEs with regard to the development and application of AI. Part of this support is through a specific AiNed MIT-AI scheme implemented by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. A total of 57 proposals were submitted in this call in 2024, of which 14 were honored with a total grant budget of €3,550,000. With this, the AiNed program provides an important impetus for AI projects for and by SMEs.
High quality proposals
The aim of the AiNed MIT-AI scheme is to stimulate the AI innovation power in the Netherlands and accelerate the application of newly developed AI technology. The quality of the AI projects submitted this year is again an important indication that the Netherlands is working hard to develop and apply AI by innovative SMEs.
