Think Tank
The Denktank human capital energy transition studied in 4 sessions last year the question of how we have enough hands and solutions for a successful energy transition. The think tank supported the Top Sector Energy with knowledge to draw up a vision for unorthodox solutions to make the energy transition despite the tight labor market. During the event 'Smart, fast and together: this is how the energy transition works' we will discuss with parties already working on this. How can the regional parties and the national programs work together?
Work Agenda
On December 12, we took the first steps towards a joint 'Work Agenda Human Capital Energy Transition 2026-2030′. In it you can read how the regions are working together within the national programs of the Cohesive Approach, to give direction to the future. During the event we will explore together:
- Does the vision provide sufficient direction?
- Do we think alike about the future?
- Are we working toward the same dot on the horizon?
- How do we increase movement together?
- What role are the regions taking, what is happening within national programs and what is the government doing?

During the event, business, education, research and government will build together on unorthodox breakthroughs that the Netherlands needs. That afternoon, the Top Sector Energy presents its vision on a future-proof energy transition with sufficient human capital. That vision addresses the labor market, system breakthroughs, learning environments and smart solutions.
