The European AI Act introduces new rules for organizations that use AI in machines, products, and industrial processes. Some of these regulations will take effect in 2027 and will impact, among others, the engineering industry, the chemical industry, the high-tech sector, and other manufacturing companies.
Although 2027 may seem far off, now is the time to start thinking about the implications for your organization. Which AI applications will be subject to the regulations? What does this mean for product development, compliance, and risk management? And how can you use AI to ensure you meet the new requirements?
During this joint Community Call organized by the Technical Industry and Values, Standards, and Regulations (WNR) practice areas, we will discuss the most important developments surrounding the AI Act and their practical implications for the industry.
