Aftermovie
Introduction
The European AI Regulation (AI Act) has now entered into force. In the coming months and years, Dutch companies, governments and organizations will be faced with the need to become compliant - but many simply do not know where to start. The AI Act Implementation Congress therefore provides a platform to share experiences, questions, dilemmas and best practices from the field.
The deployment of AI is a reality in virtually every sector: from generative AI solutions in customer service to predictive models in healthcare and government. At the same time, there is much uncertainty: where is AI actually in our system? Does it fall under high-risk? How do we perform an AI mapping? How do we relate to prohibited practices? What specifically does "responsible AI" mean to us? And how will regulators supervise in the future?
At this conference, we bring together companies, startups, governments, regulators and experts. Together we explore how the AI Act is practically implemented in organizations. Each partial session will cover a mandatory topic from the AI Act with a panel of experience experts transparently sharing how they tackled it, including stumbling blocks and solutions.
In addition, we show concrete tools, such as implementation tools or self-assessment checklists. This will make the conference not only informative, but also practically valuable.
This congress contributes to the promotion of human-centered, responsible AI in the Netherlands while offering a boost to the position of Dutch AI startups and scale-ups looking to put their solutions into practice.
