When is something considered AI?

This WNR Community Call will focus on the question of when a system is considered “AI” under the AI Act. We will discuss the definition of AI, the European Commission’s supplementary guidelines, and the gray areas between traditional software, statistical models, and AI.

Jaap Vink and Arthur Vankan will walk us through the legal and practical implications of this for organizations. Of course, there will be time for questions, discussion, and sharing your own examples and experiences.
