Activities in the AI field
Through the eHealth4All program, Pharos is a knowledge partner in (national, regional, local) consortia in the development and implementation of digital applications/AI. We focus on understandability and ease of use of digital applications (through co-creation) and support regional and local implementation (fieldlabs, living labs, learning circles).
Contribution to AIC4NL
Pharos is leveraging its expertise, tools, and network to ensure that the AI Coalition’s goals benefit the groups where the greatest health gains can be achieved (including people with lower levels of education, low literacy, and limited health literacy). Among other things, Pharos is participating in the working group on citizen and patient participation.
Why AIC4NL?
Pharos sees AI as a promising key technology that can contribute to quality, effectiveness and accessibility of prevention and care for all. Everyone should be able to work with digital tools and outcomes should be valid for the entire population. Underlying algorithms must therefore be non-discriminatory (inclusive AI).
