Activities in the field of AI:
Perfect Drive Solutions is a Dutch software company that applies AI in areas where the results must be demonstrably accurate. SQwaire is our compliance management platform with private AI: organizations use it daily to demonstrate their compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 42001, NEN 7510, BIO, and NIS2, while ensuring that their data never leaves their own environment. In addition, we build software for the logistics chain, including SCapp and Vendor Governance, developed for an international logistics service provider.
Contribution to AIC4NL
We are eager to actively contribute to the area of Values, Standards, and Regulations: how can we ensure that responsible AI is not only well-intentioned but also demonstrably effective, using the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 as a practical framework? We bring that operational aspect—moving from principles to day-to-day evidence—from our own practical experience, and we’d love to collaborate with ELSA Lab. In addition, we’d love to contribute to the areas of Logistics (based on our supply-chain software) and Health and Healthcare (AI and information security in healthcare, NEN 7510).

Responsible AI isn’t something you can achieve on your own. We seek to collaborate with other participating companies, research institutions, and government agencies to learn together how to apply AI responsibly and in a verifiable manner in practice. We are happy to share what we know about standards and verifiability; we also welcome insights from others on ethics, the law, and industry practices.
