Activities in the AI field
Our “holistic” approach to shelf life allows us to use precisely the data that both producers and consumers consider important when determining whether food is acceptable or not. This means that we conduct internal analyses using spectrometry and big data analysis. We also perform external analyses using image recognition.
Contribution to AIC4NL
We will be a leader in the field of agri food in terms of innovation aimed at making food flows effective. With this we share our experience, and will exchange in the technical field what drivers are to take steps against food waste. In addition, we will collect relevant data for the entire chain.
Why AIC4NL?
Reducing food waste is not something you do alone. Agri-technology ensures a more sustainable food chain through screening and optimization of food flows. We are joining the Dutch AI coalition to engage in an active discussion with suitable partners in the field of analytics and data streams to achieve this goal.
