We develop AI-driven tools such as a Smart Onboarding Tool and matching algorithms based on Large Language Models. This technology is applied to recognize skills, enrich profiles and objectively match talent to projects and job openings.
Contribution to AIC4NL
LionHead contributes with hands-on experience at the intersection of AI and skills-based matching. We provide input on how AI can be used in an inclusive, reliable and scalable way within recruitment and workforce planning.
Why AIC4NL?
We believe that structural change in the labor market is only possible through collaboration. Through the Dutch AI Coalition, we want to share knowledge, learn from other parties and contribute to responsible application of AI within HR processes.
