We developed VERAssist ourselves—an AI solution that analyzes customer inquiries, identifies needs and commercial intent, forwards promising leads to the sales team, and provides feedback on customer value to campaigns. In addition, we help small and medium-sized businesses with AI-driven search visibility, customer interaction, content, and smarter workflows.
Contribution to AIC4NL
dotGO combines nearly twenty years of SME and marketing experience with practical expertise in AI development and implementation. Through our in-house solution, VERAssist, we share insights on human-centered AI, reducing workloads, and customer intent. In this way, we contribute to innovation and help the Netherlands gain greater control over its data and knowledge.
Why AIC4NL?
We want to contribute to responsible, people-centered, and practically applicable AI for Dutch small and medium-sized enterprises. Within AIC4NL, we aim to share knowledge, collaborate, and learn. We also believe it is important for the Netherlands and Europe to retain control over critical digital knowledge, data, and infrastructure.
