AI is changing how we work — and requires a different approach to learning and organization.

Area of expertise: Talent, Knowledge, and Skills

Organizations are discovering that AI is not a separate skill, that not everyone is affected equally, and that not every job changes in the same way. In this session, we bring together business, government, education, and policy makers around one central question: how do we organize work in the age of AI and how do we design our learning environment?

Using practical examples, you will discover how job models are shifting, how SMEs are learning to organize in a concrete and small-scale way, and why target group-oriented training yields faster returns. We will reflect on the bottlenecks of the current system and how modular, flexible learning is better suited to an unstable labor market. It will be an interactive session for everyone involved in AI adoption, learning, and talent development.

Who is this interesting for?
For HR directors and HR managers, L&D, talent, and training managers, executives/MT members, and SME entrepreneurs who want to put AI to practical use, education administrators and training managers, policymakers in the areas of the labor market, lifelong development, and AI.
